Dr. Anthony B. Coleman, DHA
President & CEO

Through his military, healthcare, education and transatlantic experiences, Tony realized the potential to address health inequity through local government involvement and effective legislation. This led him to earn a doctorate in Health Administration and Policy, serve on the Tax Assessment Board in Berkeley County, South Carolina and ultimately run for State Senator in South Carolina’s 44th district. In Tony’s previous role he was Vice President of Operations Support for Kaiser Permanente’s largest and fastest growing service area. In this role, he oversaw multiple departments in two medical centers totaling 636 licensed beds, 16 medical office buildings and 9 mental health facilities across a 65-mile geographic area. He proudly partnered with 1,100 Permanente physicians to provide care to over 653,000 covered lives. His leadership was instrumental in the 48-bed build out and expansion of Ontario Medical Center, as well as the construction of a brand new 55,000 square foot medical office building designed to address growing social health needs and inequities in the high desert area.

Dr. Lena Rydberg, DO
The Iowa Clinic
Dr. Rydberg, DO is board certified in Internal Medicine and a member of the American Medical Association and American College of Physicians. Prior to joining The Iowa Clinic, Dr. Rydberg practiced medicine in Tucson, Arizona. Dr. Rydberg believes communication is one of the most important aspects of medicine. She chose Internal Medicine because she enjoys building the close relationships that are found in Primary Care and she has always had a special interest in adult medicine.
Whitney Kolbe
Global Fitness and Wellness Manager
Kemin Industries
Whitney Kolbe, Global Fitness and Wellness Manager at Kemin Industries, grew up in the DSM area. Having been around health and wellness most of her life, she developed a passion for preventative health early on which led to a fulfilling career. After graduating from Northwest Missouri State University, Whitney returned to the DSM area where she has continued to work in the health and wellness industry for 12+ years. Leading the wellness program at Kemin Industries for the past 6 years and growing with the program has been both rewarding and fun as well as offering many challenges with the changing work environment. Whitney looks forward to what the future of health and wellness at worksites holds and hopes to continue to be a leader in the community when it comes to preventive health.
Heather Gavras
National Program Lead for Nutrition and Well-Being
American Heart Association
Heather currently serves as the National Portfolio Advisor for Nutrition and Well-being at the American Heart Association. She is responsible for working across multiple functions, engaging national strategic alliances, and supporting the association’s field staff to improve nutrition security and workforce well-being.
Throughout her 30-year career with the American Heart Association, she has held a range of positions building on her experience in public health, nutrition education and community engagement. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Consumer Health Sciences from Miami University of Ohio and dietetic internship at Hines VA Medical Center, she began her career as a clinical dietitian at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. She also holds a Master of Public Health with a focus on health promotion and is a member of the American Public Health Association and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Kyle Davis

Born and raised in the small town of Evans, Georgia, Kyle grew up an athlete and fell in love with fitness and conditioning. After graduating from Georgia Southern University, he was commissioned in the United States Marine Corps as a 2nd Lieutenant and became a Logistics Officer. After several deployments to Afghanistan and southeast Asia, Kyle separated the Marine Corps as a Captain in San Diego, California. He began his career in construction and started to climb the corporate ladder, but his love and passion for fitness kept calling him back. After receiving his Master's degree from the University of Georgia, he moved to the hometown of his wife, Des Moines, and instantly fell in love with the city and people. After a tragic event, Kyle finally decided to put his passion for fitness into action and started GYMGUYZ. He desires to impact change in our communities through health and fitness by providing customized, creative, and convenient solutions for everyone. Kyle lives in Urbandale and has been married to his wife, Sarah, for more than 10 years. They have 3 children: Lillian, Deacon, and Vivian.
Warren Phillips, Ph.D.

Warren Phillips, Ph.D. is a Clinical Psychologist with more than 25 years of experience working with human behavior, relationships, and leadership in multiple contexts. He is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Psychology at Iowa State University, a full member of the American Psychological Association, and Co-Chair of the Public Education Committee of the Iowa Psychological Association. He and his business partners, Warren Jacobs, MFT (Vice-President of TWS) and Kimberly Phillips (Chief Operating Officer), run Transformative Workplace Solutions, based in Iowa. The mission of Transformative Workplace Solutions is to “Take the Irk out of Work” by partnering with leaders to increase connection, collaboration, and productivity in their workforce and help employees love coming to work. One of Warren’s specialties is coaching leaders to become inspiring leaders and to help their organization turn stress into productivity and powerful connection.
Courtney Maxwell Greene
Director of External Partnerships and Community Engagement

Courtney Maxwell Greene is the Director of External Partnerships and Community Engagement for UnityPoint Health. Prior to her current role, she served as UnityPoint Health’s Director of Corporate Communications. Courtney worked for 15 years in television broadcast news as a reporter, producer and anchor in Des Moines, Iowa and Kansas City, Missouri. She also spent several years in Iowa state government doing communications as press secretary for the Iowa governor, as public information bureau chief and spokesperson for the Department of Public Safety and communications director and division administrator for Iowa Workforce Development. Courtney also has private sector experience in public relations at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and non-profit experience at AIB College of Business and the Alzheimer's Association Iowa Chapter. She also serves as Chair of the Iowa PBS Broadcasting Board. Courtney lives in Pleasant Hill, Iowa, and has two adult daughters.
